Waste Heat Saturated and Superheated Steam Boiler


These type of boilers generate steam by recovering heat in the flue gas of facilities and significantly contribute energy efficiency of plant.

These are designed and manufactured under German Eckrohrkessel Gmbh license and in each module they generate saturated or super-heated steam up to 80 bar pressure and 100t/h.

Waste Heat Boilers are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with EN12952 standard, CE marked as per EN97/23/EC pressure vessels directive, module B+F, or designed, manufactured and tested according to ASME Section-"I" and "S" stamped.

These boilers can easily handle load fluctuations without changing pressure and temperature. They engage regimes quickly and are more resistant to thermal stress because of their design which has a low water volume.

Water tube boilers are designed according to EN12952, ASME section I or other standards depending on customer's request. The thermal design and water circulation calculations of boilers are provided by German Eckrohrkessel GmbH company that we are licensor, strength calculations and design details are made in Selnikel.


Water tube waste heat boilers are manufactured in our factory in Ankara, in accordance with the requirements of the design codes and standards by making strict quality control at each production stage. The manufacturing processes are performed under the supervision of the 3rd party control agencies, depending on requests of customers or if ASME “S” stamp or CE marking is required. Membrane panel wall pipe welding and panel bending processes are carried out in the automatic panel welding and bending machine.


Under German Eckrohrkessel GmbH license Selnikel designs and manufactures corner tube type waste heat boilers which have a specific design that downcomer and riser tubes work as boiler supporting elements that provide distinct advantages and differences.
